Malcolm left British Airways after 38 years and is now specialising in Air Cargo consultancy and application development. He has a long established working relationships with IATA, BIFA, FIATA, AOCC, HMRC as well as many industry suppliers such as BT, Descartes, Traxon and Champ. He can provide advice on developments using industry standard message exchange in Cargo IMP, Cargo XML, EDIFACT and has specialist knowledge of connecting Freight Forwarder systems to the Airlines. He has comprehensive knowledge of all airline import and export procedures. He comfortable working with staff at all levels within the organisation, can chair senior level meetings and is also happy carrying out business analysis and system testing.
Having held various Project Management roles at British Airways, he has always maintained his knowledge of programming and now spends time writing applications for both the airfreight community at Heathrow and individual clients. His current portfolio ranges from simple excel macros through to complete applications and he is happy working with both small and large companies.
Having has first had experience working with World Network Services in India,  his company now partners with Fortune Tech Solutions for some of his project and application support
